Evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for adults, delivered entirely online to clients across the UK and internationally.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is one of the most researched and widely recommended talking therapies. It works on the principle that our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours are all connected — and that by understanding and gently changing unhelpful patterns in one area, we can create meaningful change across all of them.
Sessions are structured and collaborative. Rather than simply talking about problems, we work together to identify what's keeping a difficulty going, test out new ways of thinking and responding, and build skills you can keep using long after therapy ends.
Every client's situation is different, but these are some of the areas CBT is particularly effective for:
Generalised worry, panic, social anxiety, and anxious thinking that feels difficult to switch off.
Persistent low mood, loss of motivation, and difficulty finding enjoyment in day-to-day life.
Work-related stress, burnout, and feeling overwhelmed by competing demands.
Adjusting to change — a new job, relationship, relocation, or other significant life shift.
Persistent self-criticism and difficulty recognising your own strengths and worth.
A general sense of being stuck, unmotivated, or unsure how to move forward.
All sessions are delivered via secure video call. This means I can work with clients right across the UK and internationally, wherever you happen to be — you just need a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.
Many clients find online sessions just as effective as face-to-face therapy, with the added convenience of not needing to travel, and the ability to fit sessions around work, caring responsibilities, or simply a busier life.
Session fees vary depending on the type of support and your circumstances. I aim to keep my services as accessible as possible, and I'm happy to discuss current rates openly during your free initial consultation — there's no pressure and no obligation to continue.
